1. What Radio Tiker provides

Radio Tiker is a music player and personal radio page service. The service helps subscribers connect their own music libraries, control playback, and share a stream or DJ page generated from music they choose to make available through their account.

2. Subscriber responsibility for music rights

Subscribers are solely responsible for the music, metadata, artwork, descriptions, and other content they connect, publish, stream, or share through Radio Tiker. By using the service, subscribers confirm that they have the rights, permissions, licenses, or legal basis required for their use of that content.

Radio Tiker does not grant music rights, does not verify ownership of subscriber libraries, and is not responsible for copyright, neighboring rights, public performance, broadcast, mechanical, synchronization, or other rights obligations created by subscriber use of the service.

3. Prohibited use

Do not use Radio Tiker to infringe intellectual property rights, distribute unlawful content, bypass technical protections, overload the service, interfere with other users, or operate the service in a way that violates applicable law.

4. Account access and security

You are responsible for your account, devices, agent tokens, and any activity that occurs through them. Keep credentials private and notify us if you believe your account or device connection has been compromised.

5. Service changes

Radio Tiker is currently evolving quickly. Features, limits, installer flows, and streaming behavior may change as we improve the product, security model, and reliability.

6. No warranty

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free playback, compatibility with every device, or suitability for a particular use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radio Tiker is not liable for subscriber content, music-rights disputes, lost data, lost revenue, service interruptions, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
